Exercises

Tips for Best Results
- Use good lighting — face a window or light source
- Wear clothes that contrast with your background
- Clear the space behind you — a plain wall works best
- Position your camera at chest height, about 2-3 meters away
- Make distinct, full movements — the AI detects angles, so go through the full range of motion
Scoring
- 10 points per rep
- Combo bonus — consecutive reps without a long pause add +1 point per combo level
- Milestones at 5, 10, and 20 reps per round
Best Browsers
- Chrome (desktop & Android) — recommended
- Edge (desktop) — works great
- Safari and Firefox may work but are not fully tested
Troubleshooting
- Camera not working? Check that you've allowed camera permissions in your browser settings
- Pose not detected? Stand further back, improve lighting, and make sure your full body is in frame
- Reps not counting? Make bigger, more distinct movements. The detection uses joint angles.
- Slow performance? Close other tabs and apps. On mobile, we use a lighter model automatically.
